Wanted: Service Manager

We are looking for an accomplished and driven mechanic who can run our service department full time.

Employee Requirements

- Two years minimum shop experience (Management is a plus but not required)

- Knowledgeable on current road and mountain drivetrain and braking systems

- Able to follow manufacturer’s directions to learn new skills or systems

- Able to problem solve/troubleshoot 

- Must have great attention to detail

- Must be very organized

- 1 year minimum employment contract

- Computer skills (Ascend pos, Emails (professional writing style), google apps, basic website editing)

- Trek Ninja, Ascend Sherpa, and Shimano Gold level certification, will be required within the first month of start date

Employee Compensation

- $xx,xxx yearly salary. Will consider hourly if desired

- Demo bike of your choosing provided for free each year

- Expenses paid for 3 industry events per year

- 24/7 access to the service department if used responsibly
